Best breakfast place in town. There is not too many restaurants that can achieve an over medium egg. Gibby G’s has perfected the desired over medium egg with ***** it’s consistency of a rich creamy custard centered with a slight burst of yoke as an added balance just to dip your toast in. Mmmmmm!
