This is their Mediterranean Eggs Benedict, one of my favourite dishes! It features spinach, tomato, onion, and feta cheese. Steve’s Hollandaise sauce is made fresh daily and it’s delicious! The eggs are always perfectly poached to order. All the flavours compliment each other wonderfully!
